Shipping Information

CURRENT PROMOTION:

Free Shipping on all domestic orders with $50 purchases. please select Free Shipping when you check out. Please refer to the bottom for additional shipping details.

You will automatically be given FREE SHIPPING when you check out on all orders over $50.00 USD in merchandise. All you have to do is add items to your cart and if the subtotal reaches $50.00 USD you will have the option to select Free Shipping during checkout. FREE SHIPPING applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 states only. It does not include delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Most orders will be scheduled to ship out on the day your order was purchased excluding holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), however some orders may take up to 1-2 days for processing. 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you decide because once it’s out of our hands we will not be responsible. You would have to contact the courier service.

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Orders placed after 2 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) or holidays are shipped the next following business day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as other countries. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited. International orders are shipped the next business day.

Please Note: The Free Shipping option is located below the Shipping Options during checkout and you must select the Free Shipping option to receive free shipping on your order.

FREE SHIPPING does not apply to International Orders. Free shipping will not apply anymore when the order total becomes less than $40.00 due to future returns.

Shipping Status:

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order Status."

Service Delays:

Lin Decoration online store is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by natural disasters or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package. You can keep track with your orders at https://www.usps.com/.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages:

In any situation USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, Lin Decoration is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in cases like these due to failed delivery.
